Original Swedish Brass Mounted Flintlock Dragoon Pistol - circa 1780 - 1800 German Helmets & Hats a smaller Bavarian establishment atOriginal Item: One of a Kind. This is a lovely late 18th Century flintlock dragoon pistol originating from what we believe is Sweden or elsewhere in Northern Europe, made circa 1780 1800. It is all brass mounted, including the characteristic large Germanic brass side plate, and measures 18 inches in overall length, with a 11 1 2 inch . 68" caliber smoothbore barrel. The only marking to be found is an ornate CROWN over S, faintly stamped onto the lock.
